  1. Order Confirmation: Immediate (within 1 hour)
  2. Design Proof: 1-2 business days for custom orders
  3. Production: 5-10 business days after proof approval
  4. Quality Check: 1 business day
  5. Shipping: 1-2 business days for processing
  6. Transit: 2-7 business days depending on service

Total Estimated Time: 10-20 business days for standard orders from proof approval to delivery.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure reliable delivery:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Ground: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground (3-7 business days)
  • Expedited: UPS 2-Day Air, FedEx 2Day (2 business days)
  • Express: UPS Next Day Air, FedEx Standard Overnight (1 business day)
  • USPS: Priority Mail (2-3 business days) for smaller packages

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7-21 business days
  • Express International: 3-7 business days
  • Duties & Taxes: Customer responsibility unless prepaid

4. Delivery Times & Estimates

  • Rush services available for expedited production and shipping

Custom product manufacturing times vary based on complexity, quantity, and current production volume. Delivery estimates begin after:

  1. Order confirmation and payment
  2. Design proof approval (for custom orders)
  3. Completion of any required prepress processes

5. Rush Order Service

Need your order faster? We offer rush services:

Standard 7-10 business days No additional charge
Rush 5-7 business days 25% of order total
Express 3-5 business days 40% of order total
Emergency 1-2 business days 60% of order total + expedited shipping

Note: Rush services are subject to product availability and production capacity. Contact us to confirm availability before placing rush orders.

6. Order Tracking

We provide full tracking for all shipments:

  • Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships
  • Track your order through our website or carrier's website
  • Updates at major transit points
  • Estimated delivery date provided by carrier

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your expected ship date, please contact us.

7. Shipping Address & Changes

Important information about shipping addresses:

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for certain carriers
  • Address changes must be requested before production begins
  • Address changes after shipping incur additional fees
  • Undeliverable packages will be returned at customer's expense

International Addresses: Please include full name, street address, city, postal code, and country. Include phone number for customs clearance.

8. International Shipping Details

For orders shipped outside the United States:

Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees
  • We cannot predict or control these charges
  • Some countries may require additional documentation
  • Delays may occur due to customs processing

Restricted Items

Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to:

9. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

Package Marked Delivered But Not Received

  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes scans are premature)
  • Contact carrier with tracking number
  • If still missing after 48 hours, contact us

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages once delivered. However, we will assist with:

  • Carrier investigations for lost packages
  • Insurance claims for insured shipments
  • Reshipment options (additional charges may apply)
